HOW DO I BUILD MY PROJECT IN MÉRIDA?

We work in three stages. The first stage is the preliminary design, where we establish the initial project parameters. This is followed by the architectural design, and finally the construction documents, where we work on structural engineering, installations, construction details, and special plans. Afterward, we handle the permits and licenses required for construction.

Yes, we handle all the necessary permits for your project, along with a Municipal Construction Proficient(PCM).

What is the experience of your team of architects?

We have experience in diverse projects since the inception of our construction group. Our team is comprised of Grupo ARPR MÉXICO. From this group emerged ARPR, ARPR DISEÑO, IMPERYUC, and REEMAG. Together, we have extensive experience in construction, encompassing architecture, design, and building.

What type of architecture is there in Mérida?

In Mérida, there are several architectural styles, from French Neoclassical to pure Functionalism. Mérida's colonial houses and mansions are magnificent, ranging from small to large residences. Architecture in Mérida varies depending on its location; much of it is a blend of styles. Within the central neighborhoods, we can find colonial, French Neoclassical, modern, and contemporary architecture mixed together, while preserving their original facades. Further north, we find contemporary and modern architecture. In the small towns surrounding the city, we can find modern Gothic architecture in churches and temples.
